I Must Be In the Front Row
Just saw Mamma Mia at the local Performing Arts Center. It was the first time in my life that I had front row seats to anything. It can spoil you. Take a peak...
8-4-2-1
How's you bracket? My elite 8 was....perfect. My final four was....perfect. My predictions...Florida beats UCLA, Georgetown beats Ohio State and Florida beats Georgetown 76-72.

52% and Counting
I have to anxiously await for my new AC adapter to be shipped from California. That means 52% (now 51%) is all the battery power that I have left to operate my IBook. I gotta keep this post quick (which is painful) so I need to keep my thoughts brief and to the point. I'm having tiny issues happening to my car (thanks to my previous post), including bulbs burning out (50%). Oh...did I also mention that I cracked the glass on my IPod? Just brilliant. Apparently the warranty on everything has expired. I just hope my own warranty doesn't wear out anytime soon (49%).
So today, I drove 290 miles...back and forth from Brandon...to pick up an espresso machine for one of my stores. Unfortunately the product was not available in my region (48%). I just got to say...that I felt pretty unproductive driving to and fro (had to get that off my chest). I don't like the feeling of being useless. I just want each of my days to mean something and today just wasn't one of them. In the grand scheme of life (47%), what sort of difference did I make today? I'm not convinced that I made a dent, but I sure did have a nice drive. Windows down. Jerks passing me left and right. John Hiatt on the cd player (which is kinda broken too). My Gator blue truck with 169,000 miles is still kicking and I hope to keep it that way (46%). OK...this post is kinda lame....so I'm stopping at (45%) and now (44% after editing).

Trois
Everything comes in threes, like sneezes, good fortune and bad omens. Someone out there is not smiling on me when it comes to broken electronics:
1. Saturday, dropped camera on sidewalk and doused it with beer. The end results are scratches and finicky buttons that work when they want to.
2. Tonight, dropped computer on floor of apartment. The end result is a broken ac adpater and being $39 poorer by purchasing a replacement on E-bay.
3. Tonight, my personal cell phone now turns off when it closes, breathed upon or looked at cockeyed. The end result is loud cursing, kicking and screaming.
Well at least my car is working....(oh crap...just jinxed that too)

Second Day, Same As The First
On my second day of Savannah, I made a few observations. Anything can be green...and I mean anything. Lots of walking, waiting, talking and....more waiting while 750,000 revelers descended on this quaint city. My highlight was grabbing a delicious meal of "Crispy Flounder" at Garibaldi's and laughing at Brandon the 12 year old taxi cab administrator. The low-light...dropping my new camera and spilling beer over it.
